EKYC Consent

I hereby give my consent to and authorize TransUnion Credit Information Services Limited and/or its authorized service providers (together, “TransUnion”) to:

a) use, process all information, including any photo images, video or documents, provided by me or by Lendela Limited and match against each others; and

b) access all or part of my consumer credit data which may be held in the “Credit Data Smart” database from time to time (“My Credit Data”) and to match all or part of My Credit Data and other data held in TransUnion’s database against the information I provided and transferred by Lendela Limited to TransUnion, for the purpose of verifying my identity, documents or any information as part of assessment of my credit related risks and thereafter to process, use and transfer the result of the verification or any data arising therefrom to Lendela Limited.

I further acknowledge and agree that the access and use of all information provided by me and My Credit Data by TransUnion in the manner described above and to charge Lendela Limited a fee and such access and use shall not be made the basis for any complaint, claim, suit, demand or cause of action or other proceedings against TransUnion by me.

Consent to collection & transfer of Credit Data

By using the services on the Platform, I further understand that I am consenting to the following:

I hereby consent and authorize TransUnion Credit Information Services Limited and its affiliate TransUnion Limited (together, “TU”) to obtain and transfer to Lendela Limited (“Lendela”), at Lendela's request to receive on my behalf, all or part of my consumer credit data which may be held in the “Credit Data Smart” database and/or other data in TU's database(s) from time to time ("My Credit Data"), including without limitation: (1) CreditVision Score; (2) Credit summary including revolving loan, term loan and credit card; and (3) Credit account data, to enable Lendela to do the following:

to provide me with the services available through [the Lendela Platform] in accordance with Lendela's privacy policy and terms of use, including the receipt and display of My Credit Data to me on [the Lendela Platform], at any time when I am logged-in on [the Lendela Platform] and so long as I have not opted out or unsubscribed from the services on [the Lendela Platform];
to provide me, through [the Lendela Platform], with personalized recommendations, suggestions and notices regarding My Credit Data;
to provide me with credit education, customized recommendations and personalized offers of the products and services of Lendela and/or its business partners/ affiliates in a timely manner; and
any other purposes directly relating to the foregoing purposes.

I understand, acknowledge and consent to the access and use by TU and Lendela of My Credit Data and all other information provided by me in the manner described above, and acknowledge and agree that such access and use shall not be made the basis for any complaint, claim, suit, demand or cause of action or other proceedings against TU and/or Lendela by me.
